    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and inspire a team of commercial sales consultants, driving them to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Develop strong relationships with key commercial clients, providing personalized vehicle solutions tailored to their business needs.
    • Create and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share in the commercial sector.
    • Ensure your team has expert-level knowledge of Chevrolet's commercial vehicle lineup to guide customers with confidence.
    • Analyze sales performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies to ensure objectives are met.
    • Collaborate with marketing to build campaigns that generate buzz and drive commercial sales in the local market.
    • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business from commercial clients.
    • Negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients, securing profitable contracts.
    • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to stay ahead of the competition.

    Skills & Experience:

    • Proven experience in commercial vehicle sales or automotive sales management.
    • Leadership skills with a track record of motivating and developing a high-performing team.
    • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build rapport with clients and close deals.
    • A results-driven approach, focused on achieving sales targets and business growth.
    • Familiarity with Chevrolet's commercial offerings is a plus, but not a must.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills to balance multiple priorities effectively.
