    Job Title:

    Senior Environmental Planner/Project Manager in the Water Resources Sector

    About the Role:

    Rincon Consultants, Inc. is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Environmental Planner/Project Manager to lead our Water Team across California.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee CEQA/NEPA document preparation for water infrastructure projects
    • Manage environmental constraints analyses
    • Advise clients on all aspects of CEQA/NEPA process
    • Establish strong communication with clients and subconsultants
    • Provide technical team oversight and manage subcontractors
    • Develop and maintain business relationships and identify new opportunities

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in an applicable field; advanced degree preferred
    • 5+ years of experience in preparing CEQA/NEPA documents for water infrastructure projects
    • Strong understanding of CEQA/NEPA and related laws and regulations
    • Excellent organizational, time management, and budgeting skills
    • Ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team and promote effective working relationships

    Compensation:

    The base salary range for this full-time position is $84,000-$126,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
