    Description
    Our client, a National Healthcare organization, is looking for a HRIS Manager to join their team.

    3 days onsite in Westchester, NY - Workday experience required. Workday Certification Preferred.


    Role:
    This role is primarily responsible for managing and driving Workday optimization and adoption across the organization.

    You will work to continuously provide support for the Workday system and its users by performing data validation activities, assisting with researching and troubleshooting issues, building custom reports, and helping to test new functionality, updating and building process and training procedures, as well as simple configuration changes within the system.

    You will serve as a HRIS Analyst supporting designated HCM areas in Workday, such as Core HR, Benefits, Talent, Advanced Compensation, etc.

    Responsibilities:
    Provide consultation to our People Partners and People Coordinators, building domain knowledge, gathering requirements, providing solutions and impact analysis
    Serve as subject matter expert on current and upcoming Workday capabilities
    Evaluate releases and functionality to identify opportunities to improve and optimize the use Workday
    Configure, test, validate and implement Business Process changes in Workday
    Assist in testing of integrations, security, annual events
    Serve as an escalation resource for Tier 2 issues
    Provide input and knowledge sharing with business partners, and users as appropriate
    Participate in scheduled and ad hoc training in order to improve policy and process acumen.
    Build and modify custom reports
    Review and continuously improve existing processes
    Able to recommend and make decisions, while balancing business requirements, internal project timelines and technology roadmaps. Embrace innovation by seeking new or contrary ideas/approaches to what has been done in the past.
    Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
    Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and customer service skills with both technical and functional users.
    Ability to partner and collaborate with cross functional departments


    WHO YOU ARE
    7-10 years as an HRIS analyst primarily with Workday HCM experience – Workday Certification a plus
    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
    Strong functional and technical experience in two or more of the following modules within the Workday HCM Suite: HCM Core, Advanced Compensation, Time Tracking, Absence, Talent & Performance

    The ability to translate business objectives and unmet needs into a clear vision and roadmap, with requirements, then support the execution of that vision.

    Ability to collaborate in a team environment and take ownership on projects and follow through to completion
    Ability to balance multiple daily tasks and long-term strategic projects
    Data analysis skills using with strong analytical and structured problem solving skills
    Good understanding of HR practices, reporting needs and data analysis
    Knowledge and understanding of HR functional areas
    Discretion in dealing with confidential data and sensitive situations


    BENEFITS

    Pay Range:
    $120,000 – $160,000 base + bonus potential
    Medical, Dental and Vision benefits beginning day 1 of employment
