    Job Description Support local recruiting process and in-house recruitment events.

    Support local benefit program, training program, etc.

    Manage company employee events.

    Manage office and administrative functions ensuring smooth daily operation.

    Coordinate with office building manager, insurance broker and other related office supporter provider.

    Support the management of company office budget, and cash flow projection.

    Assist in ensuring all policies and procedure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

    Assist project office management.

    Complete standard management report as required.

    Greet all visitors providing courteous service.

    Answer telephones and provide appropriate information or transfer incoming calls to appropriate person.

    Receive and distribute incoming and outgoing mail. Manage FedEx account and bills.

    Assist in meeting arrangement.

    Perform clerical tasks as assigned.

    Coordinate with office building management office, office supply provider and other related office supporter provider.

    Maintain adequate level of office supplies and order replenishments as necessary.

    Manage international and local travel plans.

    Assist in planning events and major functions.

    Other tasks as assigned.

    Job Requirements Bachelors Degree.

    Minimum 1 year of related experience.

    Exceptional time management and multi-task skill.

    Good communication.

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of MS Office.
