Responsibilities:
Analyzing, maintaining and building different cloud-based data processing solutions
ETL data flows design, implementation and deployment
Designing, managing and maintaining tools to automate operational processes
Leading small to medium migration efforts
Advising clients and proposing improvements
Experience with analytics, databases, data systems and client support, good knowledge of SQL, knowledge of ETL processes and databases, hands-on knowledge of Azure data services and technologies (Databricks, Data Lake, Synapse, Azure SQL), knowledge of Infrastructure as a Code principles, good understanding of Azure as a platform, ability to work in small, highly technical groups, very good knowledge of English and Polish, experience in leading projects for international clients, proactive approach and problem-solving skills, willingness to learn and openness to new challenges, ability to work with remote and virtual teams, optional understanding of compute services and technologies in Azure, willingness to work in Warsaw office as needed

Experience with Azure, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, Terraform, Grafana, PowerShell, AKS provisioning and administration, creating CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, integrating different kinds of tests in CI/CD Pipeline, capturing and visualizing metrics using Prometheus and Grafana, SRE knowledge, experience in delivering Kotlin microservices, Git/TFS repositories, creation of Azure DevOps dashboards, provisioning Azure VM's and databases, PowerShell scripting skills, configuring and maintaining Microsoft based production systems, customer-oriented mindset, ability to work individually or as a team member, good English communication skills, nice to have knowledge of Java or/and Kotlin

At least 3-5 years of experience as an Azure DevOps Engineer, knowledge of Infrastructure as Code principles, good understanding of Azure platform, proficiency with Git and Azure DevOps, knowledge of Agile software development methodologies
8-10 years of experience in enterprise applications, strong data management solution experience, certified solution architect in at least one public cloud, hands-on knowledge of designing and implementing data solutions and cloud environments, experience with hybrid-cloud and multi-cloud migration projects, knowledge of emerging digital technologies
Big Data, Cloud, Analytics, and ML/AI solutions
Experience in setting up, installation and integration of data platforms on Microsoft Azure Cloud, Good knowledge of Infrastructure as Code mindset, Knowledge of advanced security mechanisms and protocols, Knowledge and working experience with Kubernetes workloads, Programming skills in Python, Experience with Databricks platform would be a plus, Certificates and knowledge of other clouds would be a plus, Understanding complexity and relationships between businesses, suppliers, partners, competitors, and clients, Being enthusiastic and passionate about working on the product and contributing to delivering the best technical solutions to user's problems, Very good command of English
8+ years of industrial experience in large-scale data management, visualization, and analytics, 5+ years of experience in Azure, knowledge of ETL processes and databases, hands-on experience with Azure data services (Databricks, Data Lake, Synapse, Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Explorer), understanding of Azure as a platform, intermediate level of Azure DevOps/GitHub, good knowledge of SQL and/or Python, hands-on experience in creating end-to-end data processing pipelines, familiarity with Spark and Big Data concepts (nice to have), experience in pharma and manufacturing projects (nice to have), knowledge of Infrastructure as a Code principles (nice to have)
