Job Description:
Parsons is looking for amazingly talented Program Analysts at a variety of levels to join our team What You'll Be Doing:

• Planning and controlling administrative functions of assigned projects
• Reviewing, submitting, and tracking project deliverables/status
• Identifying project risks or timeline delays
• Coordinating with corporate support functions to ensure successful project execution
• Assisting the Program Management Office (PMO) in capturing contract level metrics to include but not limited to: accomplishments, schedules, quality, deliverables, and stakeholder feedback
• Developing in-depth knowledge of relevant policies and procedures
• Mobilizing company resources to support project teams
• Working with other managers, technical teams, and discipline leads to document plans for the various elements of each project; tracking whether or not the project meets or exceeds goals established in these plans
• Traveling is not anticipated at this time

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 2+ years of relevant experience OR 6+ years of relevant experience
• Extreme attention to detail
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite and Adobe PRO
• Ability to brief project leadership on project status, milestones, and/or challenges
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Ability to pivot across multiple projects and prioritize workload accordingly
• Active Top Secret security clearance Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Top Secret This position is part of our Federal Solutions team

Salary Range:
