- Spring and Fall Cleanups
- Edging, Mulching and Bark Blowing
- Mowing and String Trimming
- Pruning and Weeding
- Lead a crew of 3-5 employees.
- Operate zero turn mowers.
- Ability to drive 1-ton trucks with trailers.
- Must have or be able to obtain a DOT Medical Card
- Ability to plant trees, shrubs & perennials according to industry standards.
- Read and interpret landscape drawings.
- Operate a variety of equipment including skid steers, mini excavators, attachments.
- Lead a crew of 3-5 employees.
- Comfortable with fine grading, sod and mulch install to industry standards.
- Must have or be able to obtain a DOT Medical Card
- Must be able to drive 1 ton truck with trailer.
- Must be able to frequently lift to 50lbs.
- Osha 10 Certificate highly desired
- Ability to track time & materials for each job.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.
- Communicate with project managers and sub-contractors.

- Working directly with the Turf and Account Manager in turf fertilization and pesticide applications
- Must have or be able to obtain a DOT Medical Card
- Valid Driver's License Required

Softscape Crew Member Duties to Include:
Rate of Pay - $14-$17 per hour
Lawn Care Technician Duties to Include:
Rate of Pay - $18-$24 per hour
