    Job title: Foreman

    Description

    This position requires individuals to maximize efficiency and productivity, it is crucial for a Foreman to have analytical skills for handling unexpected issues and delays while resolving any problems that may arise.

    The ideal candidate will be able to coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans, produce schedules, check the attendance of the crew, allocate general and daily responsibilities, supervise and train workers and tradespeople, ensure labor and resources are adequate, guarantee quality standards are met, supervise the use of machinery and equipment, monitor expenditures, resolve problems in a prompt fashion, report on progress to Leadership, and ensure compliance with OSHA and L&I.

    To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess journeyman carpenter skills of at least 4 years, in-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines, understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems, ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints, excellent organizational and leadership skills, ability to communicate and report effectively, aptitude in math, problem-solving abilities, good physical condition and stamina, and a high school diploma or diploma in a skilled trade (electrician, carpenter etc.).

    This position requires frequent walking, standing, and climbing stairs in/around apartment homes, models, and properties. The candidate must also use computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 75 lbs.
