    As a Medical Assistant you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and clinic support. You will work closely with our team of physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our clinic.

    Responsibilities
    • Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals in delivering patient care, ensuring a positive and comfortable patient experience.
    • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and answering phone calls.
    • Prepare examination rooms, ensuring they are clean and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
    • Take patient vital signs and record medical history accurately.
    • Assist with medical procedures, including wound care, specimen collection, and injections, under the supervision of healthcare providers.
    • Manage and organize medical equipment and supplies.
    • Provide patient education on treatment plans, medications, and self-care instructions.

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent is required; completion of a Medical Assistant program is preferred.
    • Prior experience working as a Medical Assistant in a clinic or healthcare setting is highly desirable.
    • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical procedures.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant software.
    • A compassionate nature and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
