    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with Sales Manager to devise sales strategies for Facility Supplies in assigned territory/market
    • Train and mentor sales reps on Facility products and processes to enhance their sales capabilities
    • Conduct joint sales visits to support reps in closing deals
    • Participate in account reviews to introduce Facility Supplies and drive revenue growth
    • Offer insights to the corporate Facility Supplies program on product selection and issue resolution
    • Meet revenue and margin targets for jan/san, break room, and safety in designated market
    • Achieve retention and expansion goals for jan/san, break room, and safety in existing and new accounts

    Qualifications:

    • Driven, results-focused individual with strong communication and persuasion skills
    • Ability to engage with senior customer executives
    • Proven adaptability in fast-paced environments
    • Excellent presentation abilities
    • Self-motivated with solid time management and organizational skills
    • Effective interpersonal, analytical, negotiating, and problemsolving skills

    Requirements:

    Basic Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma/GED
    • 4+ years of outside sales experience

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Thorough understanding of Jan/San products and services
    • Experience in training and demonstrations strongly preferred
