- Collaborate with Sales Manager to devise sales strategies for Facility Supplies in assigned territory/market
- Train and mentor sales reps on Facility products and processes to enhance their sales capabilities
- Conduct joint sales visits to support reps in closing deals
- Participate in account reviews to introduce Facility Supplies and drive revenue growth
- Offer insights to the corporate Facility Supplies program on product selection and issue resolution
- Meet revenue and margin targets for jan/san, break room, and safety in designated market
- Achieve retention and expansion goals for jan/san, break room, and safety in existing and new accounts
- Driven, results-focused individual with strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to engage with senior customer executives
- Proven adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Excellent presentation abilities
- Self-motivated with solid time management and organizational skills
- Effective interpersonal, analytical, negotiating, and problemsolving skills
- High School Diploma/GED
- 4+ years of outside sales experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Thorough understanding of Jan/San products and services
- Experience in training and demonstrations strongly preferred
