    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Groundskeeper to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of our properties.

    Your duties will include performing daily checklists, addressing resident concerns, and making necessary repairs. You will also communicate with vendors and contractors as needed.

    A successful candidate will be able to work independently, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable interacting with residents, coworkers, and external partners.

    • We are looking for someone with previous laborer experience and a great attitude.
    • Experience in roles such as parks & rec groundskeepers, park laborers, or general maintenance technicians is highly valued.
