Job summary

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Account Coordinator to join our dynamic and fast-paced team.

In this role, you will be the first line of communication for our customers, managing a high volume of calls and emails each day.


Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, account coordination or client support (business to business experience preferred)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle multiple customer conversations simultaneously
