IT Procurement Category Manager - Kohler, United States - Insight Global
Description
This resource will be responsible for providing professional IT Procurement support to the manager and senior staff, specific to IT agreements with external vendors including but not limited to software, hardware, licensing, professional services, etc.
They will work closely with the IT Buyer for new RFPs, but primary focus will be working through over 120 agreements under a Transition Service Agreement (TSA) derived from a recent divestiture.
They will work within a system created via PowerApps to capture business requirements, and will update their progress and process within the roadmap to show what stages they are in current status with (I.e. initial RFP, negotiation, restructuring, reading through key clauses or SLAs etc)

Required Skills & Experience
5-10 years IT procurement experience
Strong negotiation skills
Familiar with reviewing and optimizing IT contracts
Previous work running IT RFPs and establishing the best sources of supply
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Previous work on IT Software agreements
Use of PowerApps
