Maxair - HVAC Service Technician
Summary/Objective
The HVAC service technician at Maxair is responsible for providing excellent customer service by diagnosing and repairing equipment on assigned work orders. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to work closely with the team to ensure customer satisfaction.
In this position, you will build and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and co-workers. Your responsibilities will include performing maintenance and service requests, communicating findings with relevant stakeholders, and upholding high safety standards.

Work Environment
The HVAC service technicians work primarily in commercial buildings, offices, schools, hospitals, and factories. The job may involve working in extreme temperatures and cramped spaces, requiring physical agility and ability to access rooftop units.
Physical Demands
This role is physically demanding, involving manual labor and heavy lifting. Technicians must be able to work indoors and outdoors in various conditions.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position with frequent overtime and irregular hours.
Travel
Daily travel within the greater Atlanta, GA area is required.
