    A Logistics Coordinator's role is to assist technicians and field managers by addressing and resolving their inquiries, concerns, and complaints.

    Ultimately, they are responsible for creating efficient and feasible routes for field technicians to service BFC's customers.

    Their responsibilities typically revolve around responding to calls and correspondence, troubleshooting, analyzing field needs, identifying the root of issues, and providing the necessary corrective measures, all to ensure efficiency while meeting company policies and goals.


    Job Duties:
    Work closely with Regional Service Managers to ensure all field needs are being met. This will include weekly meetings with the RSM.
    Use problem solving in a fast-paced environment to resolve technician issues. Including, but not limited to, work orders application issues, purchases, and general questions.
    Coordinate equipment schedules for standard and special services.
    Navigate online searches and work in various customer portals and process documents.
    Answer calls and emails, responding to queries and requests appropriately.
    Help manage a region of the United States ensuring a labor efficient and cost-efficient team. Execute with analysis, problem solving, and customer service skills to meet field needs.
    Collaborate with customer service to ensure customer work schedules meet contractual guidelines.
    Evaluate, develop, and optimize team analysis for assigned region.
    Plan service schedules using company software.
    Follow key performance metrics for measuring route efficiency and fleet performance.

    Participate in and drive continuous improvement opportunities targeting cost reduction, service enhancements and improved safety in collaboration with Field Management and Production.

    Audit performed services to ensure they were completed according to the SOW and work with internal departments to improve any errors in service performance.
