A culinary professional with a passion for preparing and presenting high-quality food is needed to join our team. As a Dishwasher/Cook Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of all side dishes that accompany our signature chicken, while maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.

• You will follow established food handling and safety procedures at all times.


• Maintain proper food product levels at expected quality throughout your shift by following projections set by management.


• Prepare ingredients according to standards using cold and hot recipes provided, inspecting each item carefully before use.


• Clean dishes thoroughly during your shift, adhering to manual warewashing standards.


• Show teamwork skills such as restocking packed products in coolers for cashiers, packaging cold prepped items and other tasks assigned by supervisors or colleagues.


• Maintain work areas clean including equipment storage spaces daily.

Job Requirements
