About the Role
Seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive part-time Administrative Assistant to support a local business owner with multiple ventures in Central Texas.
This is a hands-on role focused primarily on scheduling, communication coordination, project follow-up, and light marketing support. The right candidate is detail-oriented, trustworthy, and comfortable helping bring structure to a busy calendar.
If you enjoy organizing chaos, keeping things moving, and working directly with a driven entrepreneur — this could be a great fit.
Responsibilities
Calendar & Scheduling
- Manage and optimize calendar
- Coordinate scheduling with other key team members
- Confirm meetings and prevent conflicts
- Protect time blocks and prioritize commitments
Administrative & Operations Support
- Draft and manage email correspondence
- Track action items and follow-ups
- Help coordinate vendor communication
- Assist with organizing documents and simple reporting
- Assist staff with support via text and or e-mail
Light Marketing & Social Media Support
- Help schedule social media posts
- Track content ideas and posting cadence
- Coordinate simple outreach for partnerships or events
Miscellaneous Support
- Assist with occasional travel coordination
- Help with small personal logistics or project-based tasks
Ideal Candidate
- Highly organized and dependable
- Strong written communication skills
- Comfortable working independently
- Good judgment and discretion
- Tech-comfortable (Google Workspace, excel, calendar systems, basic social platforms)
- Local to Round Rock / Georgetown area preferred

Pay: $ $16.50 per hour
