Resolute is actively involved in supporting local charities including Orange County Habitat for Humanity, Read and Feed, Beyond Expectations, Table and UNC Family House.

Support the Project Manager and Superintendent in the administrative functions of the project.
Assist the Project Team in ensuring the safety guidelines are followed on the Job Site.
Manage the Submittal and RFI processes on the project.

Assist in the management of the change processes on the project – including, but not limited to sending RFQs, reviewing subcontractor pricing, analyzing schedule impact, submitting to and negotiating with the Owner.

Assist in the management and control of the budget for the project.
Assist with the implementation of the Quality Control plan for the project.
Assist in development of and adherence to the project schedule.
Control project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plans, scheduling changes, and recommending actions.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field
2 years of commercial construction management experience
Skill in computer-based estimating systems
Experience working in the field.
Good communication, organization and multitasking abilities.
Proactive with problem solving skills.
Procore experience is a plus.
