Your New Role
- Dispatch technicians efficiently to customer locations
- Communicate job details between technicians and customers
- Process permits, schedule inspections, and coordinate with APCO
- Debrief technicians' post-job and update data in company software
- Handle administrative and reporting tasks as required
- Experience: 1-2 years in a dispatching or similar role
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Requirements:
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Office-based role using company software and computer
- Must pass background check and drug test
- Tobacco-free workplace
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
