- Analyze organizational documents to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, providing detailed reports and recommendations as required.
- Provide comprehensive support to the operations team, aiding workflow and communication, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
- Check and verify all documents to ensure they are within the correct document set and meet all necessary legal and regulatory criteria.
- Demonstrate keen attention to detail in all documentation and legal processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Utilize real estate expertise to assist with documentation and transaction processes, verifying correct procedure adherence.
- Draft, review, and manage loan documents, ensuring compliance with relevant legal requirements and company policies.
- Undergraduate degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA-accredited program.
- 3+ years of experience as a Paralegal in Corporate law, with exposure to real estate being beneficial.
- Prior experience with corporate governance functions.
- Knowledge of real estate, financing, and other corporate transaction agreements.
