We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Account Manager to join our Service team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, or Data Center industry

• Communicates and follows up with clients about specific projects, their goals, and deliverables
• Prepares written estimates for clients based on labor, materials, equipment, subcontracts and other expenses
• Negotiates contract agreements
• Networks online, by phone, e-mail and in person with the IT and building facilities personnel within both government and commercial organizations
• Conceptualizes and execute creative and differentiated strategies, programs, and tools that support clients strategic objectives
• Maintains all sales demonstration tools and applications
• Penetrates all targeted accounts and radiates sales from within client base
• Handles inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert into sales
• Makes outbound follow-up calls to existing clients via phone and email to cross-sell ad up-sell
• Maintains and expand the companys database of prospects
• Drives company/personal vehicle throughout service area while following all local laws
• Operates vehicles and other equipment safely; reports hazards and risks; Reviews completed work to insure correct billing.

Bachelors degree and/or equivalent education and experience;

• 3-5 years of outside sales experience in either of the following industries: Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, or Data Center

• Understanding of data center critical power and cooling systems
• 3-5 years experience working with IT companies, colocations and end users who manage and maintain data center infrastructure
