Job summary
Performs initial therapy evaluations of each patient within 72 hours of receipt of referral.Makes opportunities to teach referral sources about determining and recommending appropriate speech and hearing services.
Communicates regularly with physicians, patients, families,
and health care providers to modify plan of care based on patient needs.
- Current Texas Speech Language Pathologist License.
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in home health.
- Current Certification in BSL/CPR
