We are currently seeking a PRN Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Reception and Medical Center located in Lake Butler, Florida (Union County).The Respiratory Therapist (RT) is responsible for providing assessment, treatment, and care for patients with breathing disorders.

The RT assumes primary responsibility for all respiratory care modalities, initiates, and conducts therapeutic procedures in a correctional setting.
QualificationsAssociates or Bachelor's Degree from an AMA approved Respiratory Care ProgramCredentialed as a Certified Respiratory (CRT) Therapist or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care and have active license in the state of practiceCurrent CPR certification and tuberculosis documentationAt least one (1) year experience in a hospital or outpatient settingKnowledge of practices, standards, techniques, and tools/equipment applicable to basic and advanced respiratory patient care, including critical care, oxygen therapy, home ventilator management, chest physiotherapy, spirometry, aerosol therapy, EKGs, arterial blood gas analysis, patient assessment, and airway management12 hour shifts, both day & nights
