    Position Details


    The Department of Physician Assistant Medicine in the College of Natural and Health Sciences at The University of Tampa invites applications for part-time instructors in our MPAM program.


    Responsibilities will include:

    • Developing courses including completion of syllabi, lecture presentations and student assessment rubrics in anticipation of providing student instruction/assessment and remedial education in the classroom.
    • Providing regular opportunities for meeting times for students.
    • Participating in departmental meetings to develop and evaluate curriculum and policies.

    The successful candidate will have:

    • A Master's Degree in PA or MD/DO or clinically relevant degree and clinical expertise in fundamentals of medicine.
    • A professional license as a PA or MD/DO NCCPA or Board Certification Teaching experience preferred.

    Applications for part-time positions are accepted on a continuous basis and reviewed by the department when openings become available. Future teaching assignments are on a term-by-term basis which may include fall, spring and summer. The part time instructional faculty are supervised by the PA Program Director.
