    *Position Overview:
    • Take charge as our PPC Specialist, driving the development, execution, and optimization of Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising campaigns. Your role is pivotal in generating quality leads and bolstering our online presence. Collaborate closely with our marketing squad to strategize, implement, and evaluate PPC endeavors across diverse platforms.
    *Key Responsibilities:
    • Craft and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms.
    • Conduct meticulous keyword research, refine ad copies, and optimize landing pages to amplify campaign efficacy and ROI.
    • Analyze campaign performance metrics like CTR, conversion rate, and CPA, leveraging insights to refine strategies.
    • Execute A/B testing to fine-tune ad creatives, targeting parameters, and bidding strategies.
    • Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to maintain competitive PPC strategies.
    • Foster synergy with internal teams to align PPC initiatives with overarching marketing goals.
    *Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in managing PPC campaigns, preferably in legal or professional services.
    • Profound understanding of PPC platforms, especially Google Ads and Bing Ads, along with adeptness in Google Analytics.
    • Strong analytical prowess to interpret data for campaign optimization.
    • Stellar communication and collaboration skills, essential for team success.
    • Detail-oriented mindset coupled with a fervor for staying updated on PPC innovations.
    • Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.
