Job Title: Marketing Coordinator (Real Estate & Construction)
Position Overview:We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and creative Marketing Coordinator to support our growing real estate and construction business. This role blends marketing and in office operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is a reliable, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Management
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate leads and enhance brand awareness
- Create and manage social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and maintain all digital and print marketing materials
- Design advertisements, direct mail campaigns, and promotional collateral
- Oversee and update company website and digital presence
- Capture job site photography and support marketing events and client outreach
- Conduct daily MLS research, upload new property listings to MLS, and maintain event calendars and client prospect lists
- Plan, schedule, and manage company marketing events
Administrative Support
- Assist with coordinating survey work and submit required municipal/permit documents
- Receive, print, and file estimates and invoices
- Print construction plans using KIP printer and organize documents in Google Drive
- Oversee owner's email correspondence
- Order necessary office supplies and materials
- Provide front-office support, greeting clients and handling calls
- Perform general administrative duties
General Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media management, or administrative support, preferably in real estate or construction
- Proficient in all Microsoft office applications (specifically Word and Excel)
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and digital marketing tools
- Proficiency in graphic design and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Knowledge of MLS systems and real estate listing procedures is a plus
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Must have a valid drivers licenses
Pay: $55, $65,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
