    We are seeking a graduate student interested in the research in device physics modeling. The interns will collaborate with researchers at MERL. The ideal candidate should be a senior Ph.D. student with in-depth experience in semiconductor device physics, device modeling, GaN technology, and the use of TCAD as a simulation tool. Some of the work includes understanding and developing thermal boundary conditions and the impact of self-heating on gate leakage of the device. This internship's starting date is flexible and lasts for about 3 months.
