- Perform Inspections in accordance with code and project requirements
- Interpret project plans and specifications and ensure project requirements are being met.
- Activities will include performing field testing and inspections
- Review plans and specifications, performing the inspections accordingly
- Communicate results with contractors, engineers and others
- Input results and observations into daily reports
- 3+ years construction materials testing and inspection experience is required
- Current CWI certification required
- AWS D1.1 and AWS D1.5 experience a plus
- NDT Level II in in UT Shearwave and MT are required
- ICC certifications a plus: Welding, Masonry, Reinforced Concrete, Structural Steel
- Experience with bridge inspections a plus
- Use of take-home Company Vehicle and gas card for daily travel to work sites

NOVA is seeking a CWI/NDT Inspector to cover the state of South Carolina, based out of our Greenville, Columbia or Charleston offices. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Primary duties include performing structural building inspections and QA/QC tests (masonry, reinforced concrete, structural steel, etc.).
