    About the Role

    • Assist in the management of projects though their entire lifecycle: from concept through design, manufacturing, construction, and client handoff under the supervision of the Project Manager
    • Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of project master schedule on a daily basis. Communicate and record potential delays, deviations, risks, inaccuracies, etc.
    • Responsible for the preparation, submittal, and approval of all submittals; reviewing submittals for conformance with project specification.
    • Upload and maintain latest design drawings in project management system, making sure to keep all project stakeholders informed.
    • Assist in the review of purchase orders and subcontracts against contract scope to assure conformance.
    • Assist in the review and approval subconsultant and subcontractor invoices.
    • Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of project budget.
    • Assist in the review of client billings – confirming billing against design, manufacturing, and construction progress
    • Monitor and route project RFI's, assuring streamlined communication flow and timely responses.
    • Assist the Project Manager in the preparation of project financial and progress reporting to PM leadership.
    • Responsible for the generation, processing, and maintenance of project subcontracts and work orders. Responsible for monitoring subcontractor and subconsultant compliance with master service agreement requirements.
    • Responsible for project level file organization and maintenance within project folder structure, assuring proper filing of project documentation.
    • Responsible for scheduling project meetings in coordination with the Project Manager. Responsible for generating and distributing meeting minutes for all project meetings.
    • Responsible for scheduling and organizing factory and field inspections/punch lists.
    • Assist in the compilation and submission of project closeout documentation.
    • Expected to develop a close working relationship with the cross functional project team including the Project Architect, Systems Lead, Procurement Lead, etc.
    • Expected to learn and develop the skills necessary to manage projects on their own.

    Pay Range: $75k-90k DOE

    About You

    • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or construction related field
    • A minimum of three (3) years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Bluebeam required.
    • Experience in industry specific software such as Procore, BIM360 Build, or Plan Grid preferred.
    • Familiarity with AIA contract documents and exhibits preferred
    • Demonstrated ability to read, understand, and interpret contract and insurance documents and forms, and make appropriate recommendations.
    • Demonstrated ability to read and understand contract drawings: architectural, engineering, etc. required.
    • Proven written and verbal communication abilities required.
    • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with individuals at all levels, both internal and external.
    • Highly organized and motivated individual.
    • Positive attitude, ability to motivate both colleagues and all people involved in a project preferred.
