The Corrections Oversight Worker supervises inmates to ensure meal and food items are prepared according to production plans. They train workers in methods of performing duties, assign and coordinate work for efficient operations. This person is also responsible for the sanitation of facilities and personal safety by conforming to all standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to preparation and production guidelines following Aramark standards reviewing temperature logs.
• Supervise inmates in food preparation tray assembly ensuring timely efficient meal service meeting Aramark guidelines.
