- Maintain digital and electronic records of employees
- Perform new hire orientations
- Track employee attendance records, including sick time and vacation
- Respond to requests for employment data
- Assist with benefits enrollment
- Assist with planning and coordinating employee events
- Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:00pm
- Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

JOB PURPOSE:
The HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager with day-to-day tasks such as general administrative duties, recruitment, and employee database management.
