    Job Summary

    We are seeking a skilled and energetic Spa Associate to join our team at Hand and Stone - Sugar Hill. As a key member of our staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service and experience.

    As a Spa Associate, your responsibilities will include:

    • Meeting sales goals by promoting and selling our membership packages and services;
    • Gaining detailed knowledge of our menu of services and training on how to effectively communicate with clients;
    • Providing excellent customer service to members and guests, building relationships, and ensuring their needs are met;
    • Capturing and retaining new clients through effective communication and relationship-building skills;
    • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment;
    • Performing administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and filing documents;
