Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Part to Full-Time Dental Hygienist to join our team. The RDH is in a special position to provide our patients the most important health service we can — prevention of disease. At New Leaf Dental we believe each member on our team should have control over what salary they bring home, work in an environment that fosters growth and values a healthy work/home life balance. This is achieved through sharing a portion of the practice's profits monthly, paid monthly coaching seminars and a robust paid time off policy. We are looking for a hygienist who cares about being a part of our team where all departments work cohesively together to attain our goals.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, the RDH must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Keeps informed and updated on OSHA regulations. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education and Experience
Graduation from an accredited Dental Hygiene School. Knows how to administer CPR and first aid.
Certificates, Licenses and Registrations
Valid X-ray certificate, current Idaho RDH license. CPR certificate.
Skills
Scaling and root planing, appropriate use of Cavitron, Radiographic skills and administration of local anesthetic.
