    We're seeking an enthusiastic, self‑motivated professional to join our team as a Human Resources Generalist in our Brentwood, TN location. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands‑on experience in various HR functions and develop a deeper understanding of Human resources Operations. We're looking for someone who is detail‑oriented and has strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate will work well across teams, is willing to learn and grow and exercises good judgement.

    What you'll be doing

    • : Coordinate travel arrangements for team members at all levels, including flights, lodging, rental cars, and expense documentation in accordance with company policie
    • s.Serve as the first point of contact for routine HR-related questions from employees to route inquiries to appropriate personne
    • l.Assist with the administration and coordination of HR programs such as payroll, benefits, leave of absence, HRIS, onboarding, and employee file maintenanc
    • e.Track and maintain workers' compensation and auto accident claims documentation across all location
    • s.Maintain compliance records including DOT physicals, MVR checks, and employment authorization documentatio
    • n.Participate in HR meetings and actively contribute to team projects and initiative
    • s.Other duties as assign

    What we're looking for

    • r: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related degree preferr
    • ed.1–3 years of experience working in a corporate or professional office setting preferr
    • ed.Working knowledge of HRIS software or capacity for quick learni
    • ng.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoin
    • t).Ability to handle confidential information with discreti
    • on.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively with strong attention to deta
