    Occupancy Verifier Job Opportunity

    FAR Inspections is seeking a highly motivated individual to perform residential occupancy verifications on behalf of mortgage lenders.

    About the Position:

    1. This is an independent contractor opportunity, allowing you to work flexible hours and have predictable full-time or supplemental income.
    • A reliable vehicle with good gas mileage is required for frequent stops in assigned territories.
    Responsibilities:

    The successful candidate will be responsible for completing residential inspections within 4 days after assignment. The role involves taking photos of properties, reporting general conditions and determining occupancy based on industry standards. This position also requires extended periods of driving throughout the day.


    • An average inspection takes 5-6 minutes to complete.

    • Effective time management skills are crucial for meeting deadlines.

      • The inspector must also demonstrate excellent communication skills through brief comments accompanying each photo.

      A background check using a valid driver's license is mandatory prior to hiring.
