    A rapidly expanding, international firm in the construction industry, known for their innovative solutions and commitment to excellence is hiring for a Senior Accountant.

    With a strong focus on growth and development, they offer an exciting opportunity for a Senior Accountant to join their dynamic team.


    Position Overview:

    As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of their financial records.

    You will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, preparing financial statements, conducting financial analysis, and providing strategic insights to support informed decision-making.

    This position reports directly to the Finance Manager and offers tremendous growth opportunities within their fast-paced and dynamic environment.

    Responsibilities:
    Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
    Conduct regular financial analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes, improve efficiency, and implement best practices.
    Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.
    Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial models, providing insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance.
    Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with internal controls and identify areas for improvement.
    Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and standards, ensuring compliance and implementing necessary adjustments.
    Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
    Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on financial statement preparation and analysis. Construction industry experience is pre
    Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
    Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
    Experience with financial reporting systems and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with acute attention to detail.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
    High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of financial information.
