We're seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Operations Group Manager - Global Clearing Operations to join our GSS Enablement Operations Client Platform team.
This role is located in New York.In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Responsible for day-to-day management of Operations teams within the Platform,
Ensure _Operations meets quality efficiency and productivity standards goals set by_Operations Practice and platform EPO,_as measured by_Operations metrics <_br>Implement_and enforce_the _Operations policies procedures best practices_of_the _Operations Practice ensure compliance with relevant guardrails regulations,
Collaborate communicate with other managers within PODs SDGs align on objectives OKRs Identify develop_Operations talent insure_Operations teams actively engage_in Practice learning priorities particular emphasis roll out Digital Tools_
