    Job Description Position: Equipment Operator Company: Stingray PP Belmont Location: Belmont, OH Salary: Not disclosed Description:
    • General Purpose of Position: In charge of the day to day upkeep and functionality of tractors, pumping systems, sand, blending equipment, and other operational machinery. The level of equipment operation will vary based on tenure and past experience in the field. Must be capable of conducting pre and post trip inspections.
    Essential Job Responsibilities:
    • Operate various equipment including pumps, blinding units, hydration units, chemical units, and more, such as iron, valves, well heads, and machinery related to cementing and water transfer.
    • Transport equipment to and from sites in different road and weather conditions, including highways, county roads, and off-road areas.
    • Handle the installation of tire chains on equipment and vehicles when necessary.
    • Maintain accurate compliance records like DOT logs, timesheets, and post-job documentation.
    • Conduct equipment maintenance as needed.
    • Ensure on-site quality control.
    • Follow all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
    • Clean and preserve equipment as required.
    • Assist in rigging up and down processes.
    Additional Responsibilities:
    • Aid mechanics in significant equipment repairs.
    • Provide equipment training for new hires as necessary.
    • Operate crane and/or forklift machinery.
    • Organize and inventory materials at the yard/warehouse.
    • Carry out other assignments instructed by the supervisor.
    Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Preference for a Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with hazmat, air brake, and tanker certifications.
    • Must pass a DOT physical exam and drug test, adhering to DOT regulations.
    • At least 6 months of frac or well service experience (not essential for EO I role).
    • Able to stand, sit, bend, or climb for extended periods.
    • Capable of lifting 50lbs or more.
    • Ability to follow instructions and work irregular hours, being on call when necessary.
    • Strong multitasking and problems-solving skills.
    • Compliance with all Stingray policies, health, and safety protocols.
    Work Environment: Frequent exposure to outdoor conditions like wetness, humidity, and extreme heat or cold.
