    Description

    Summary:

    A Treasury Management Specialist I (TMS I) is primarily responsible for but not limited to assisting with the prospecting, marketing, selling, and cross-selling treasury services and commercial deposit accounts.

    A TMS I also supports the Treasury Management Officers as well as acts a liaison between customers and the Banks support sales implementation and service issues.


    Primary Responsibilities:
    Establishes, builds, develops, and maintains professional banking relationships with major clients/prospects which utilize depository/cash management services.
    Develops and presents sales presentations for treasury services and commercial deposit account customers.
    Cross-sells treasury services and commercial deposit accounts.
    Completes treasury analysis for non-customers.
    Opens new commercial accounts.
    Performs treasury services implementations for new and existing customers.
    Assists with paperwork preparation for new treasury management customers.
    Represents treasury in joint meetings with customers and lenders at the Bank.
    Assists with treasury management annual audits and risk assessment requests.
    Assists with monthly treasury management reporting duties.
    Establishes, builds, develops, and maintains treasury relationship with retail leads.
    Assists with new treasury management services implementations and trouble-shooting.
    Provides ongoing support and assistance to treasury management customers.
    Handles multiple priorities and situations.
    Uses appropriate discretion and authority in decision making as well as makes sound decisions under pressure.
    Manages challenging situations appropriately.
    Works in close proximity to others and/or in a distracting environment.
    Adapts from a social and sales mindset to one of organization and precision.

    Performs responsibilities during Bank hours by being physically present at the Bank an average of 40 hours each week based on business needs.

    Travels between branches as needed.
    Performs other responsibilities as assigned by management.


    RequirementsRequired:
    Associates degree or equivalent experience. 1-3 years of Banking Experience. Excellent Customer Service Skills. Problem Solving/Analysis. Strategic Thinking. Communication Proficiency. Attention to Detail. Knowledge of Bank products, computer systems, and software applications.

    Performance of all job duties and responsibilities by being physically present at the Bank an average of 40 hours each week based on business needs.

    Reliable transportation, a valid Driver License, and proof of vehicle insurance for travel to and from Bank branches and occasional seminars and/or training.


    Preferred:
    Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. 1-3 years of treasury services experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
