- You will learn the names and uses of the equipment used in the trade, such as kind, size, and use of pipes, fittings, valves, hangers, sprinkler heads, pumps, sensors, detectors, etc.
- You will use sketches and blueprints to layout work.
- You will install fire alarm components, devices and circuits.
- You will repair and replace fire alarm systems, devices, and troubleshoot fire panels/transmitters to circuit board level.
- You will learn how to read and interpret instructions, specifications, work orders, etc
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
