    State Street's Corporate Controllership organization is seeking an Assistant Vice President to join the Compensation & Benefits Accounting Team.

    The Compensation & Benefits Accounting team is an exciting, challenging and highly visible group supporting the Controllers Organization, Business and Finance Leaders, Global Human Resources, and Financial Planning & Analysis teams.

    Lead the incentive compensation accounting, reporting and analysis function for all of State Street including international locations
    Work with other Compensation & Benefits Accounting team members where incentive compensation tasks overlap such as expatriate accounting, retirement plans and reduction-in-force programs
    Manipulate and analyze large amounts of data to provide insights to internal stakeholders (other areas of Controllership, Finance, and Global Human Resources) on expenses and potential savings
    Complete monthly, quarterly and annual reporting including 10Q/K submissions and Regulatory Reporting
    Partner with Financial Planning & Analysis and Global Human Resources on incentive compensation annual budget and mid-year forecast
    Lead US benefit accounting for medical/dental benefits, payroll taxes, and other benefits as assigned
    These skills will help you succeed in this role:

    Ability to work in a fasted paced environment and managing multiple deliverables and projects
    Attention to detail and strong risk and control-oriented mindset
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
    Previous work experience in Finance or Accounting incentive compensation role preferred
    Strong Excel skills and comfort with large amounts of data
