    THE WORK:


    Due to the rapid growth globally, Ripple is looking for a talented Manager of Consolidations and International Reporting to be a key member of the Finance organization.

    Located in our San Francisco office and reporting to the Director of Consolidations and International Reporting, this role will be a key player in our international expansion and our global reportingWHAT YOU'LL DO:
    Build, implement and maintain scalable intercompany and consolidation processes and procedures Own the Consolidation Process and Tool, responsible for month end revaluations, CTA and FX gain/loss analysisManage a team of managed services staff, review, approve and monitoring the performanceBe a key member coordinating with tax, legal and compliance to ensure intercompany agreements are in place and implement processes to appropriately monitor adherence to such agreementsPartner closely with the treasury and tax teams and provide guidance on intercompany settlement and movement of intercompany fundsIdentify key differences between US GAAP and local accounting policies, educating the broader accounting function and be the owner of the statutory reporting books in our ERPFor further international expansion, be the subject matter expert providing the cross functional team with insightful considerations when doing business in foreign jurisdictions and be a key member in operationalizing new international entities Work closely with local and divisional finance personnel to implement more efficient and effective processesWork closely with local finance personnel and external auditors on key drivers of financial fluctuations related to IntercompanyParticipate in designing training sessions for the broader Finance organization about intercompany activity and foreign exchange impactsParticipate in special projects as neededWHAT YOU'


    LL BRING:

    8+ years of experience in a combination of industry, preferably in FinTech, and public accounting experience with at least 5 years in a similar functionBachelors degree and CPA, experience working with financial service regulators a plusSomeone that is excited to work in a fast-paced and challenging global environment and own critical decision-making responsibilities to build the teamWe are a crypto company and looking to build breakthrough crypto solutions.

    A general interest and understanding the of the crypto industry will be a key to successA critical thinker that has shown the ability to independently understand and solve complex problemsExperienced with accounting rules and reporting requirements related to consolidation, foreign currency revaluation, CTA analysis, FX gain/lossThe proven ability to design and implement effective operational controls and processes for a fast growing global companyProficient with Intacct or a similar ERP requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFor positions that will be based in CA, the annual salary range for this position is below.

    Actual salaries may vary based on numerous factors including, among other things, an individual applicant's experience and qualifications for the position.

    This range does not include equity or additional compensation, such as bonuses or commissions. CA Annual Base Salary Range$124,720-$155,900
