- Assist in the coordination of staffing and recruitment processes according to current and future operational needs.
- Handling employee onboarding procedures, educating newly hired employees on HR policies, benefits, internal procedures, and regulations.
- Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits, and attendance records
- Use HR software to manage payroll and employee benefits, including bonuses, leaves, and conduct absences administration.
- Coordinate with other HR professionals and Labor Relations Representative.
- Support employees with efficient problem-solving when any human resources issues arise, generating official internal documents.
- At least 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems.
- Experience in manufacturing facility
- Labor Union knowledge is a plus
