    Job Summary:

    Manage marketing communications activities designed to generate brand loyalty and product awareness. Based on brand positioning and market insights, effectively manage the creation and delivery of targeted communications using a variety of media.


    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Implement effective application of marketing communications strategies and tactics consistent with brand positioning
    • Manages all aspects of the communication plan including monitoring expenditures and evaluating effectiveness
    • Directs internal and external creative groups and vendors and coordinates the production and implementation of print and electronic communication
    • Manage and coordinate all marketing communication activities including sales collateral, catalog and price book, advertising, and public relations
    • Oversee lead generation activities through trade show participation, social media, and Email marketing
    • Partner with Product Managers to develop and implement communication plans for new and existing products
    • Manage all aspects of website including Product Information Management (PIM) platform, eCommerce, and overall user experience
    • Coordinate with sales team to provide needed sales communications and sales training tools
    • Oversee sample program, distribution marketing materials for sales, and promotional products program
    • Report on key performance metrics of marketing communications programs Handle special projects as requested

    Education/Knowledge: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration (or related field) or a combination of education, specialized training, and experience to meet requirements. Basic knowledge of marketing literature, print and electronic media.


    Experience: Four to five years of work experience in a similar position. Experience with PC and MAC including word-processing and graphic design software MS-Word, Adobe Suite package (Illustrator, In-Design and Photo Shop).


    Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and prioritize. Good written and verbal communication skills, grammar, and proofreading abilities. Teamwork orientation. Effective negotiation skills. Functional knowledge of relational database and spreadsheet programs MS-Access and MS-Excel. Basic knowledge of HTML, ASP, MS VB (for web administration).


    Physical Requirements: Normal office environment which requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and see. May involve the ability to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects of up to 15 to 20 pounds, infrequently.
