**Job Summary**
The Cleaners are responsible for keeping the facilities clean. **These are full-time positions, various day and evening shifts available.** + Dust furniture, walls, and office equipment.
+ Gather and empty trash and recycling.
+ Clean incidental floor spills by sweeping mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
+ Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
+ Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
+ Learn and follow safety procedures and policy.
+ Clean debris empty exterior trash cans.
+ Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
+ Perform all other janitorial duties according to property requirements.
**Requirements**
years experience in cleaning.
+ Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
+ Ability to fulfill the essential functions of the job
