What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED
1+ years of manufacturing experience
1+ years of forklift experience
Valid driver's license
Forklift certification preferred
Knowledge of how to read and understand manufacturing instructions
Ability to r ead and write in English or communicate in American Sign Language
Ability to w ork second shift and weekends
Ability to stand up for 8 to 10 hours a day
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to b end, stoop, grip, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis

What You'll Do as a Forklift Operator

Adhere to quality and customer service standards set forth by the company
Pick, wrap, and stage orders to be shipped.
Inspect and perform maintenance of forklifts and other material-handling equipment
Identify safety hazards in the workplace.
Remove used items such as pallets and trash bins from production, packaging, and warehouse areas
Move parts, products, or other items physically or with a forklift, tugger, or vehicle
Maintain accurate records of quantities, pack size, and description
Perform other tasks as assigned
