    Behavioral Health Director - West Chester, United States - STG International

    RRD IS LOOKING FOR AN ENERGETIC, AND HIGHLY MOTIVATED TEAM MEMBER TO JOIN OUR TEAM AT OUR WEST CHESTER FACILITY WE WILL PROVIDE FULL TRAINING, AND A SIGN-ON BONUS OF $2,000 FOR THOSE THAT SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE THEIR PROBATION PERIOD

    Competitive Pay, 10 hr shift Mon-Thurs with OT available, Flexible scheduling

    Set up, adjust and operate a variety of auxiliary binding machines containing several cutting heads, control surfaces or other attachments (i.e. inkjet and mailing devices, case making & decorating equipment, folders, cutters, collators, stitchers, drills, binding/gluing machines and/or set up automatic bindery machines containing multiple functions and station capabilities (power paper cutters, power collators and gatherers, power folders, power speed binder) which can be electromechanically combined with other equipment and devices to produce a complete bindery and finishing unit that processes printed sheets into final books, catalogs, manuals, directories, magazines or other completed products. Inspect equipment for safety issues. May operate automatic adhesive binding machines (perfect binders) that contain numerous interrelated process stations that are fed collated sheets or signatures and perform such functions as vibrating, milling, roughening, gluing, covering and delivering or stacking completed books, magazines or catalogs. Make needed adjustments to coordinate the multiple work stations on a single machine. Direct crew though all aspects of production. Monitor quality, output and productivity.

    General knowledge of the more complex bindery machines (i.e. fully automatic binding machines (perfect binders), multiple station collators and multiple folding units, either individually or combined) to perform the full range of standard and specialized folds of printed materials. Thorough knowledge of the set up, operating requirements, procedures, capabilities and limitations of one or more bindery machines to perform the full range of standard and specialized folding, collating and cutting of printed materials to complete a combined finishing product. Ability to read and interpret written work orders or other job specifications containing bindery requirements which indicate the number and sequence of machine operations required to complete the work and to maintain dimensional accuracy in accordance with instructions provided; independently makes decisions on the type of equipment to be used. Knowledge of the quality and machining requirements of various coated and uncoated types of paper stock. Skill in setting up and adjusting machines for finishing operations and to refine such adjustments for the weight, color, machinability and quality of paper stock being used and to prevent machining impressions on the printed materials. Must be able to calculate distances, clearances, and fits in combining machines. Skill in using the full range of standard and specialized tools and devices to adjust and maintain the functional accuracy and operating conditions of the bindery machines.

    Qualifications:

    • Assumes a clinical leadership role for the behavioral health staff.
    • Develop and implement Policy and Procedures in partnership with the Behavioral Health Support Services Supervisor for behavioral health staff and un'ina flow at DWC.
    • Understand and follow current regulations and be able to adapt to new laws in behavioral healthcare.
    • Provide quality improvement resources and work with quality system staff to support task oversight and compliance.
    • Chart audits on Clinicians and Counselors to assure quality clinical regulations are adhered to.
    • Analyze population data to identify needs. Develop services in partnership with BH Support Services Supervisor and the Executive Director of Health Systems.
    • Interview, hire, provide orientations, mentor and train staff in partnership with the Behavioral Health Support Services Supervisor.
    • Keep abreast of best practices through a structured continuous professional development (CPD) program.
    • Responsible for maintaining behavioral health CARF accreditation standards in partnership with the Executive Director of Health Systems.
    • Participate actively in DWC Health Leadership to ensure ongoing integration of health and Tribal systems.
    • Attend Tribal Behavioral Health Directors Committee through ANTHC as the KIT voting representative.
    • Maintain compliance and provide reports for the State of Alaska Comprehensive Behavioral Health Treatment and Recovery grant.
    • Advise the Behavioral Health Support Services Supervisor in the development and monitoring of the Behavioral Health department budget and expenditures.
    • Ensures cultural competency of clinical and administrative staff within Behavioral Health.
    • Establishes a Behavioral Health departmental strategic plan to build a sustainable program that aligns with Health System and Kenaitze Indian Tribe's overarching Strategic Planning.
    • Facilitate regular group, individual and psychiatric supervision of clinical staff to ensure ongoing quality of care and staff development.
    • Provide psychotherapeutic services to behavioral health un'inas.
    • Provide Integrated Behavioral Health assessment through a variety of evaluation techniques.
    • Provides therapeutic consultation services to other Tribal programs as directed.
    • Provide counseling through a variety of treatment modalities, including individual, group, and family therapy that meet behavioral health standards of care.
    • Understands and is able to provide an eclectic therapy model including: Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Play Therapy, Family Systems Theory, Motivational Interviewing, Brief Solution-Focused, Trauma-Informed, and addiction modalities.
    • Coordinate services with Chemical Dependency and Primary Care team for a multidisciplinary approach.
    • Keep un'ina records up to date, comprehensive in nature and in accordance with Tribal, State and Medicaid standards.
    • Timely submission of un'ina billing information.
    • Kenaitze Indian Tribe licensed and certified personnel will be held accountable for providing services in accordance with relevant external or internal requirements and education, such as, legislation governing practice; licensure, registration, and certification requirements; professional degrees; professional training to maintain established competency levels; on-the-job training requirements of the program; and professional standards of practice.
