    Join usAs a Project Manager at Veo, you'll play a critical role in aligning various departments with the company's strategic vision, ensuring streamlined operations and effective resource utilization.

    You will act both as a PMO and as a project leader.

    This position will work on identifying levers of revenue growth, developing business plans for new initiatives, and implementing new processes and strategies.

    You will work as an internal consultant to our Regional General Managers and present your projects and proposals to our executive board.

    This role reports to the Head of Central Operations.

    We are headquartered in Santa Monica, CA and this role will have a hybrid work schedule where you will be able to showcase your creativity and build strong relationships with teams in a cross-functional manner three days a week and work remotely for the remaining working days.

    ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a company wide Project Management best practices and standards.
    Identify revenue growth opportunities, develop and present plans to key stakeholders.
    Lead, manage and implement critical projects that drive operation improvements and new initiatives.
    Provide internal consultation to Operation Leadership, collaborating on best practices and necessary improvements.

    Qualifications4+ years of experience in strategy consulting or project management in a strategy roleProblem-solving, analytical skills and implementation driveAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusionsExperience in project and OKR managementExcellent communication skills.

    Comfortable developing and presenting reportsExperience or desire to work with a fast paced operations environmentThrives in a heavily multifunctional work environmentWillingness to travel up to 20% of the timeExcited about getting immersed in field operations and firsthand identifying opportunities and implementing new processes.
