Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions (fka Accounting Principals) is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist for a client of ours in the Pittsburgh, PA area.

Responsibilities:
Process invoices accurately and efficiently

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Assist with month-end closing activities


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred

2+ years of experience in accounts payable or related role

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay Details:
$21.00 to $22.00 per hour
