- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational issues with manufacturing equipment
- Collaborate with support companies to identify and implement solutions for machine operation problems
- Conduct thorough testing of equipment and machinery after repairs to ensure proper functionality
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic failures
- Perform regular maintenance, repairs, and overhauls on hydraulic equipment
- Work closely with employees to identify and address maintenance issues proactively
- Assist and support set-up crews in setting and starting production jobs, tooling, and secondary equipment
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and part replacements
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and production efficiency
- Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems maintenance
- Familiarity with plastic injection molding processes is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in a relevant field is preferred
